The data processing systems including the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstation PCs, etc.) and the data stocks are part of the company-critical infrastructure. The protection of these business-critical IT infrastructures and data assets against threats of all kinds, for example from malware such as computer viruses, Trojans, etc., espionage, misuse and incorrect operation, is of great importance for a company. It is therefore very important for the company to regulate the safe and appropriate handling of all types of information technology and thus protect the company from damage.
As an information security officer, I help to ensure the necessary protection of security goals and to optimize the effort required to protect the basic criteria of “availability, confidentiality, authenticity, auditability and integrity”.

My mission as an experienced trainer is to provide my clients with industry-specific services that build trust, drive continuous improvement, show recognition and benefit society as a whole.

- Ensuring that my policies and procedures are clear and concise to reflect what we actually train,
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make any necessary changes or adjustments that impact customer, satisfaction, quality management and/or related entities,
- Inform all trainees about the connections between their work and the training goal.
- Ensuring effective customer and internal communication,
- Promoting a community and cross-seminar exchange by enabling all trainees to receive tips and advice,
- Bringing quality management into my seminar culture and daily practices as a long-term commitment to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction,
