Information security trainer
Why my information security training is beneficial for you and your organization? and how I can help you achieve your business goals?
All training I offer goes through a strict quality process in which I evaluate my knowledge, skills, experience and competencies for a specific training goal, in my case information security. Since 2016, I have been training people in safety-sensitive activities in a specific industry and can therefore draw on a wide range of experience in adult education.
The role I play as an information security trainer is to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills to perform better in their role or position. To do this, as a trainer, I am always well prepared and organized within the scope of my expertise, keep up to date with current trends and have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as loyalty to my participants.
My mission as an experienced trainer is to provide my clients with industry-specific services that build trust, drive continuous improvement, show recognition and benefit society as a whole.
My most important goals and activities as a trainer are:
- Defining and meeting my customers' requirements,
- Ensuring that my policies and procedures are clear and concise to reflect what we actually train,
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make any necessary changes or adjustments that impact customer, satisfaction, quality management and/or related entities,
- Inform all trainees about the connections between their work and the training goal.
- Ensuring effective customer and internal communication,
- Promoting a community and cross-seminar exchange by enabling all trainees to receive tips and advice,
- Bringing quality management into my seminar culture and daily practices as a long-term commitment to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction,
- To meet and/or exceed the expectations of our trainees and continuous improvement
- Ensuring that as a trainer I regularly maintain and improve my expertise.
